The Dow Jones industrial average was down 0.13 percent at 17,115.84, the S&P 500 was down 0.21 percent at 2,003.44 and the Nasdaq Composite was up 0.25 percent at 4,594.488. UPGRADES: Bank of America : Goldman Sachs raises to buy from neutral UBS upgraded FireEye, Inc. (Nasdaq: FEYE) from Neutral to Buy with a price target of $40. DA Davidson raises Silicon Graphics International Corp. (Nasdaq: SGI)
